Eastern Homes has built four houses on Miller Road in Eureka Hammock, and the most recent one sold in June 2026. If you are looking at new construction in Sanford, or you already own a lot here and want to build on it, we have already pulled the permits, run the utilities and finished homes on that street.
These four homes are all ours, all on Miller Road in Eureka Hammock. Building several houses on one street means we already know what the soil, the setbacks and the utility runs there cost.

Every Eastern Homes plan is single story. Custom wood cabinets, eight foot interior doors and split bedroom layouts come standard in all of them, and appliances and air conditioning are included in the base price. The Royal is the four bedroom plan we are building at 335 Miller Road.
We will check setbacks, minimum living area, impervious coverage, flood zone and whether it is on utilities or needs a well and septic, then tell you which of the fifteen plans fit and what it would cost to build on it. This is free and there is no obligation.
