About Eastern Homes

A small Florida builder, run by the people who own it.

John and Natalie Morris own Eastern Homes. They started the company in 2018. John already had nearly two decades of home building behind him by then. Today the company builds across ten counties, on our lots and on land our buyers already own.

John Morris has 21 years of home building experience. He likes to say he is a home builder turned GC, not a GC turned home builder, and it shows in the details. He oversees every build, and he and his team make sure every house we put up is done right.

Natalie Morris runs the business side. Contracts, selections, scheduling, and the hundred things between a signed contract and a set of keys.

Since 2018 the company has built roughly 200 homes as Eastern Homes, mostly across Orange, Seminole, Brevard and the Treasure Coast, with more recent work down in Sarasota and Charlotte counties.

We are a small builder by choice. Every decision about your house is made here in Central Florida by the same people who started the company, and your file stays with them from the first conversation through the day you get keys.
