Two finished Eastern Homes are on the market in North Port right now, both on their own quarter acre lots. North Port also has a very large number of vacant platted lots in private hands, so if you already own one here, we can build on it.

General Development Corporation platted and sold most of what is now North Port around the time the city incorporated in 1959. That left roughly ninety nine square miles of land divided into individual residential lots and sold to individual owners around the country. Many of those lots are still vacant today.
Building on a lot the owner already holds is a common way a house gets built in North Port, and it is a large part of what we do here.
From 1,198 to 2,518 square feet, all single story, and all designed to sit comfortably inside the setbacks on a quarter acre lot. Custom wood cabinets, eight foot interior doors and split bedroom layouts are standard in every one, and appliances and air conditioning are in the base price.
