We have finished homes in North Port on their own quarter acre lots, and 1835 Wheeling Ave is on the market right now. North Port also has a very large number of vacant platted lots in private hands, so if you already own one here, we can build on it.
Both are finished, each on its own lot. 1835 Wheeling Ave is for sale and carries $10,000 in flex cash you can put toward closing costs, upgrades or buying your rate down. 4570 Oakley Rd is under contract.

General Development Corporation platted and sold most of what is now North Port around the time the city incorporated in 1959. That left roughly ninety nine square miles of land divided into individual residential lots and sold to individual owners around the country. Many of those lots are still vacant today.
If you own one of those lots, we can build on it.
From 1,198 to 2,518 square feet, all single story. Which ones fit depends on your lot and its setbacks, so we confirm the fit in the lot evaluation. Custom wood cabinets and eight foot interior doors are standard in every one, nine of the fifteen have split bedroom layouts, and stainless appliances are in the base price. The Coconut I and the Foxtail are the two we have already finished here.
