The Foxtail is a single-story home with four bedrooms, three baths and 2,150 square feet of living space. The bedrooms are split, the kitchen opens to the family room, and a 40-foot lanai runs across the back.
It is part of our Essential Series, and we can build it on your lot.

The front door opens to a hallway that leads back to the main living space. The family room, kitchen and breakfast nook share one open area across the back of the home, with doors out to the lanai. A dining room sits at the front, next to the kitchen.
The primary suite has its own corner at the back of the home. Bedroom 2 and a full bath are close by, which works well for guests or a home office. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bath on the other side of the home.
