The Queen is a single-story home with three bedrooms, two baths and 1,335 square feet of living space. The family room opens to a covered porch at the back, and all three bedrooms sit along one side of the home. It is part of our Essential Series, and we can build it on your lot.
The front door opens from a covered entry into a hallway that runs through the middle of the home. The one-car garage and the laundry room are on one side. Bedrooms 2 and 3 and the shared bath are on the other. The kitchen and the family room fill the back of the home, and the family room opens to a covered porch. The primary suite sits at the back corner, with a walk-in closet and its own bath.
