Your Home Building Compass
Step 1
Choose your home. This is the first step in our building process. Choose one of our models or design a custom home.
Step 2
We'll determine your needs. Once you have chosen your home plan, we will nail down the specifics and discuss all the details in full.
Step 3
Select your lot. You can build on a lot you have already own or select one of our lots.
Step 4
Dream, design & calculate costs. Once we have all your details, requirements and home plans, we can provide an accurate cost estimate.
Step 5
Contracting. Once the details have been covered, we can move forward with a contract and finalizing your blueprints. After that, we'll secure permits and get started!
Step 6
Choose finishes and upgrades. Work with our talented interior design team and select the finishes and colors for your home. Will you go with tile, hardwood, or carpet on your floors? Will your kitchen cabinets be white or dark stain? We'll work with you to fine-tune your home exactly the way you want it.

Step 7
Walk through the building process. Successful construction projects happen when you and/or your family work with us. We will walk you through each step of the building process, answer all questions and outline projected completion dates.
Step 8
Watch your home being built. From breaking ground to the pre-drywall phase, you will be invited to watch us work and walk through some of the building construction. We think it's important you be part of the process and see how your home is being built.
Step 9
Welcome to your new home. It's done! We’ll review all systems and features so you know where everything is and how it works. A homeowner’s manual, warranties, maintenance schedules, and basic “how-to” information provided.
